Minimum Qualification for all job positions

  • Candidates (except Management Trainee) must have minimum of Bachelors degree preferably in management from a recognized University.
  • For Management Trainee, Candidates must have MBA degree in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Economics / Human Resource or Accounting from recognized university with minimum of CGPA 3.30 out of 4.00 or first division. 
  • Age of all candidates should not exceed 30 years as on April 20, 2010. However, there will be no age bar for qualified candidates working in a reputed Commercial Bank
  • Candidate should be computer literate and must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali

Selection Criteria

  • While applying for any of the job positions, the candidate should be clear on which branch they would like to apply for and should mention it in the application form. The selected candidates would be placed at the mentioned branch only.
  • Preference will be given to suitable local candidates or the candidates from the surrounding areas of the branches.
  • The eligible candidates meeting the minimum qualification shall be short-listed for written exam & interview and based on the following (for Trainee Assistant):
    • For Kathmandu: Relatively lower age & higher experience and 1st division or 3.0 CGPA (Out of 4.00) in Bachelors Degree. 1st division only in Masters Degree will not be considered.
    • For Outside Kathmandu: Relatively lower age and higher experience and higher percentage/CGPA in Bachelor’s Degree.
      • Only short-listed candidates will be informed for written test.

The online application should be submitted no later than 17:00 hours, April 20, 2010.

  3. After you click the tab, you will have to fill up our sign up page, resume details and upload resume along with other details.
  4. After you successfully fill up the form, you will have to browse the job posts by clicking the desired job post.
  5. There you will find a list of job positions available; click on the desired post and click on "Apply Online" button and fill in the application letter and click "Send Application".
  6. Then you will receive the message stating "you have successfully applied for the job."
  7. Then you have successfully applied for the bank.
